On the afternoon of October 11, 2019, under the guidance of Mr. Ma Jun, the students went to the Xi’an Planning Museum, where they had their first visiting class in this semester. Just entering the exhibition hall, a huge spatial map of Guanzhong Plain Urban Agglomeration attracted students to stop and watch. Under the guidance of the commentator, through modern high-tech digital images, display boards, models, sand tables and other multimedia, everyone had a comprehensive and intuitive experience of Xi’an’s historical evolution, changes of city walls, planning and layout, construction and development, urban culture, anecdotes of celebrities, architectural features and folk customs, from prehistoric civilization to past dynasties and from all previous development layouts of the People’s Republic of China to future planning.

Through visiting and studying, students have deeply realized that history is created by the people, and revolution, reform, technology and culture play an irreplaceable role in the development of history.
